Another <br /> agency shares responsibilty for implementing this measure <br /> (Department of Health Services) . <br /> Statement of Fact : The impact will be reduced by the <br /> following : <br /> • The Applicant must initiate the permitting process <br /> with the California Department of Health Services , <br /> Office of Drinking Water and obtain the permit needed <br /> to operate a public drinking water system to ensure <br /> an adequate potable water supply, and begin any <br /> source water sampling necessary to fulfill the <br /> regulations and to aid in the design of the water <br /> treatment plant prior to approval of the Specific <br /> Plan. <br /> • See FEIR, Section 4 . 4 . 1 . <br /> I-6 .
