The plan should also identify how adequate acreage necessary for irrigation with reclaimed water would be guaranteed. • For the Specific Plan, the Applicant must provide a preliminary design and plant layout of the reclaimed wastewater treatment plant including water storage facilities . • See FEIR, Section 4 . 4 . 2 .
