Potentially Significant Impac`_ : Seasonal Wetland Areas <br /> [ Impact 4 . 13-31 <br /> Development of the Project Site would eliminate seasonal <br /> wetlands and periodic wetla ._i areas such as irrigated <br /> pastures and drainage swales . <br /> Finding : Changes or alterations have been required in, <br /> or incorporated into , the Project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br /> as identified in the FEIR to a non-significant level . <br /> These mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact : The impact will be reduced by the <br /> following : <br /> • See Staff Report , Attachment C-1, Section G . 1 . <br /> • A qualified professional should oversee the <br /> preservation and enhancement Project and be <br /> responsible for its maintenance.
