• As already noted in Mitigation Measure 4 . 14-2 (c) , the <br /> Project sponsor should be required to coordinate the <br /> preparation and adoption of Project Study Reports <br /> with any Specific Plans . <br /> • At the time of reconstruction of freeway <br /> interchanges , ridesharing and transit usage should be <br /> promoted by providing ramp metering and HOV bypass <br /> lanes on all reconstructed interchanges . <br /> • As part of the Project Study Report( s) prepared by <br /> the Project sponsor for the I-205 and, possibly, <br /> I-580 interchanges , additional improvements to the <br /> mainline freeway facilities required to mitigate <br /> Project impacts should be identified.
