Statement of Fact : In addition to the Project-specific <br /> mitigations discussed above, the following mitigation <br /> measures are required to mitigate the Project ' s <br /> cumulative impacts : <br /> • Significant impacts for Lammersville Elementary <br /> School District are not anticipated due to the <br /> proposal for on-Site schools . <br /> • School district officials should review development <br /> plans to ensure adequate school facilities are <br /> available when needed . Development plans calling for <br /> new school sites should be reviewed by school <br /> district officials to confirm size of facility, <br /> acreage for individuals school sites , and <br /> verification that the correct student generation rate <br /> was used to calculate the size and extent of new <br /> facilities . <br /> • See FEIR, Section 6 . 1 . <br /> 3 . Potentially Significant Impact • Public Services/Fire <br /> Protection Service <br /> The new communities of Mountain House and New Jerusalem, <br /> as well as the City of Tracy, are within the Tracy Rural <br /> Fire Protection District . <br /> Finding : Changes or alterations have been required in, <br /> or incorporated into , the Project which, together with <br /> the mitigation measures set forth below, would avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br /> as identified in the FEIR to a non-significant level . <br /> Statement of Fact : In addition to the Project-specific <br /> mitigations discussed above, the following mitigation <br /> measures are required to mitigate the Project ' s <br /> cumulative impacts : <br /> • The County' s Draft Development Title proposes <br /> development impact fees to be charged for new <br /> developments to finance construction of fire <br /> protection facilities .
