6.6.2 Monitoring Methods <br /> 6.6.2.1 Visual observations will be conducted per paragraph 6.5. The entire facility <br /> will be visually inspected four times a year for possible storm water <br /> pollutants. BMPs that are to be used when a storm is imminent will be <br /> evaluated to determine preparedness and effectiveness. Hazardous <br /> materials storage and good house keeping will be reviewed for compliance. <br /> Mobile and fixed operating equipment will be examined for leaks and <br /> possible sources of pollution. <br /> 6.6.2.2 Sampling shall be in accordance with 6.6.1. Method detection limits (MDLs) <br /> are determined by the certified laboratory performing the sample analysis. <br /> The MDLs provided by the certified laboratory shall be sufficient to comply <br /> with the requirements of the monitoring program and the General Permit. <br /> 6.7 Soil Erosion <br /> Soil Erosion does not occur as the facility is 98% impervious. <br /> 7 EVALUATION/MONITORING: <br /> 7.1 Annual Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluation TABLE VIII <br /> 7.1.1 An Annual Comprehensive Site Compliance Evaluation (ACSCE) report will be <br /> completed annually in the month of May or June. The ACSCE shall record and <br /> evaluate all visual observation records, inspection records, and sampling and <br /> analysis results, if required to be taken. The ACSCE shall be included as part of <br /> the annual report and retained for five years. <br /> 7.1.2 The ACSCE includes a visual inspection of all potential pollutant sources for <br /> evidence of pollutants entering the storm water run-off. <br /> 7.1.3 A visual inspection of facility BMPs shall be conducted to determine: state of <br /> readiness for BMPs utilized during storm events; effectiveness of BMPs; <br /> recommendations for additional BMPs; and readiness and sufficiency of spill <br /> response kit. <br /> 7.1.4 The ACSCE Report includes: <br /> Identification of personnel performing ACSCE. <br /> ACSCE date of completion. <br /> Recommended SWPPP revisions. <br /> Review in scheduling or design changes to BMP's listed in the SWPPP. <br /> List of incidents of non-compliance and corrective actions taken. <br /> Certification that the facility operator is in compliance with the General <br /> Permit. <br /> Potential pollutant source/industrial activity area <br /> BMP's for each source/activity. <br /> BMP revisions, if required. <br /> NexFrame LP-WDID# 5S30020707 November 1, 2007 <br /> SWPPP -17- <br />
