The facilities specifically included are as follows: <br /> 1. Chemical tanks <br /> Total storage capacity in 15 tanks = 1.06 million gallons <br /> (see Exhibit 1 and Table 2 of the SPCC) <br /> 2. Chemical mixing areas <br /> a. ACA liquid mixer <br /> 3. Containerized chemicals <br /> (kept in roofed and paved storage shed by entrance) <br /> a. 2,000 pound blocks of PCP <br /> b. 80 and 100 bags of "Flamescape" <br /> c. 55 gallon drums of copper <br /> 4. Chemical loading areas <br /> a. Bulk liquid chemical deliveries by truck and railcar (to tanks) . <br /> b. Container chemical deliveries by truck (to storage shed) . <br /> 5. Chemical piping <br /> 6. Hazardous waste facilities <br /> Conditions and Regulatory Compliance Plan <br /> In addition to the SPCC, McCormick and Baxter has a series of standard <br /> emergency procedures that include: <br /> ° Major hydrocarbon or toxic chemical leaks and spills <br /> Fire control plan <br /> ° Chemical or oil spills <br /> X-2 <br />
