He must be thoroughly familiar with the following: <br /> ° Aspects of the contingency plan <br /> Operation and activities of the facility <br /> ° Location and characteristics of waste handled <br /> ® Location of all records within the facility <br /> ® Facility layout <br /> If the emergency involves any of the interim status hazardous waste <br /> facilities, the Environmental Coordinator or the Emergency Coordinator <br /> will immediately upon notification of the incident: <br /> Activate internal alarm system to notify all facility <br /> personnel <br /> ° Open communications for emergency use by emergency <br /> response teams. <br /> X-4 <br />
