The Environmental Coordinator will: <br /> AM <br /> e o Report immediately any PCB spill that can, may, or <br /> does become waterborne" to the U.S. Coast Guard's <br /> National Response Center, telephone <br /> 1-800-424-8802. <br /> o Make necessary written reports- .to the National <br /> Response Center and other agencies as required. <br /> Spill Cleanup Procedures <br /> In the event of a spill. from a drum or tank, the following <br /> steps are to be taken: <br /> 1. A crew will respond immediately upon notification that <br /> a hazardous waste spill has occurred and: <br /> o Secure assistance from general -office forces and <br /> general contractors, if required. <br /> o Contact and secure services of special contrac- <br /> tors, as previously listed for oil spills, if the <br /> spill. containment, and cleanup is beyond the capa- <br /> bility of the utility <br /> o Maintain a log of all telephone calls and actions <br /> regarding the spill <br /> X-15 <br />
