Stockton Street, Lodi. <br />As a result of that inspection, several violations of the hazardous waste regulations were <br />identified. Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed below. Failure to <br />correct these violations within the schedule period provided, will result in PHS-EHD <br />citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br />1. Section 6626234 (f)(3), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: At <br />the time of inspection, two (2) drums of solvent waste were stored in containers <br />without labels. <br />2. Section 66262.34 (f)(3), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />Waste oil was stored in a 55 -gallon drum without a label. <br />3. Section 6626234 (f)(1), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />The accumulation date on one drum of hazardous waste was not indicated. <br />4. Section 66262.40 (b), Division 4.5, Title 22, California Code of Regulations: A <br />copy of the 1990 biennial report could not be located. <br />5.
