"Blom <br />I. Employee Training <br />A. The PCP Can Plant provides emergency procedures and hazardous materials <br />training for all personnel. New employees are provided this training during <br />their orientation prior to job assignment. Employees are to be retrained <br />annually consistent with their responsibilities. All training is documented. <br />M. All employees are trained consistent with their specific responsibility for <br />hazardous materials/waste handling and emergency response. The company. <br />has the following levels of employee responsibility: <br />Officer workers: Role and training limited to understanding <br />emergency procedures (especially alarm system activation) and <br />evacuation. <br />2. Employees who work with hazardous materials and may be exposed, <br />but do not have specific emergency response responsibilities. <br />3. Employees who work with hazardous wastes and may be exposed, but <br />do not have specific emergency response responsibilities. <br />4. Employees who are specifically designated to participate in release <br />response, mitigation and cleanup. <br />C. The following personnel are assigned specific duties relative to the <br />management of hazardous waste at PCP Can Plant: <br />1. Ted Myers <br />LQb Title <br />Mgr. Coater dept. <br />2. Rich Williams Mgr. Assembly dept. <br />3. Elmer Anderson Mgr. Press dept. <br />Proper use of waste <br />container, - <br />storage of and labeling <br />containers. <br />Proper handling of same <br />
