I asked him if Secor was using or checking on the waste oil
tank at this address. He said that he used to be the monitoring well sampler at this site and
that he did not even know there was a waste oil tank there. Mr. Harms said he would check
with the current technician to see if they are doing anything with it. As far as Mr. Harms
knew all Arco purge water was transported to West Sacramento.
April 15,2002
Received a voicemail from Clint Harms. He said that he had asked all of his technicians if
they had used the waste oil tank and that they said, "no." He didn't know why the Arco
manager would say that Secor had anything to do with the waste oil tank.
April 16,2002
Approved permit with conditions to remove 1-waste oil tank. The fax stated
that construction was to occur on July 30,2002.
