7. Foundation plans do not indicate continuous foundation under new shear walls. <br /> See 52.1. <br /> 8. Provide Simpson cutsheets for the shearwalls to be used along with anchor bolt <br /> length and foundation requirements. Current plans do not give enough (or any) <br /> information about interior footing size, depth for either of the interior footings <br /> required. <br /> 9. Please remove all irrelevant data and notes. <br /> Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing: <br /> 1. Show modifications driven by relocation of the EVR system, routing of electrical, <br /> plumbing, fire separation, location etc. Insufficient data to assess code <br /> compliance. <br /> 2. Show location, anchorage, penetration detail and supporting equipment <br /> supporting the new walk-in cooler and freezer. Insufficient data to assess code <br /> compliance. How is condensation from Refrigerator or Freezer being handled, I see no <br /> plumbing provisions for it. <br /> 14. Is all the electrical comprehended for the refrigeration, AC, Heating. I see fan <br /> coils in the refrigeration units but no compressors. Makes me wonder if all <br /> equipment is being comprehended. <br />
