CLOSURE REPORT FOR <br /> UNDERGROUND DIESEL STORAGE TANK <br /> 805-DlU1 <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Location of underground storage tank (UST) 805-DlU1 at Lawrence Livermore National <br /> Laboratory(LLNL): on the north-westerly side of Building 805,Site 300. <br /> The tank supplied diesel fuel to the Building 805 emergency generator located immediately <br /> southeast of the tank. <br /> The tank was closed and was replaced by a new.250-gallon aboveground storage tank. <br /> Date the tank was removed from service: 6/10/94. <br /> Date the tank Closure Plan was submitted to San Joaquin County Public Health Services on <br /> 10/6/93. <br /> Tank Volume Dimensions Construction Date of Contents <br /> (gallons) Installation <br /> 300 36 in.x 46 in. CA (Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest #92258983: corresponding LLNL <br /> Hazardous Waste Disposal Requisitions #H135766 for UST 827-D2U1 (280 gallons). and <br /> #H135765 for UST 805-DlUl 300alg lons)). <br /> The tank contents were disposed of as: Combustible Liquid n.o.s. diesel fuel) Date: 6 1 . <br /> Final disposition of the tank's content: Evergreen Oil,Inc.
