See attachment(#5 DCK1 Manifest Correction letter,#6 DCK1 EPA ID update CERS) <br /> 3. Agency Observation: A fire extinguisher located on a pole in the southeast corner of the building <br /> had an indicator pointed to recharge. <br /> Requested Corrective Action: Bring the fire extinguisher into proper working order by repair, <br /> replacement or testing. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> Amazon's Response:After being made aware of the insufficiently charged fire extinguisher the Facility <br /> contacted Foothill Fire Protection INC to conduct a full evaluation of all fire extinguishers. On February <br /> 27, 2020 the inspection was competed and the undercharged extinguisher was taken out if service and <br /> replaced with a compliant extinguisher. See attachment (#7 DCK1 Foothill Fire invoice#41103). <br /> 4. Agency Observation: Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or <br /> removing hazardous waste. <br /> Requested Corrective Action: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous <br /> waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department within 30 days. <br /> Amazon's Response:After evaluating the area the facility identified the weekly Stericycle pickups were <br /> not sufficient enough to prevent overfilling sort bins.The Facility coordinated with Stericycle to increase <br /> pick up to twice weekly.Additionally the Facility procured 2 additional clear sort bins with lids to act as <br /> backups to prevent bins from being overstuff with lids open. <br /> 5. Agency Observation: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete <br /> labeling. <br /> Requested Corrective Action: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> 2 <br />
