Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (EHD), an updated site health and safety plan will be prepared Prior to
mobilization, each soil boring location will be clearly marked and a utility clearance obtained
through Underground Service Alert The EHD will be contacted 48 hours prior to conducting
investigation activities
3 2 WELL DRILLING AND SOIL SAMPLE COLLECTION
Five ground water monitoring wells will be installed at the site to assess and monitor petroleum
hydrocarbon-impacted ground water at the site Well locations are proposed to provide definition
of the lateral and vertical extent of dissolved hydrocarbons Proposed well locations are illustrated
on Figure 2
Based on the current known distribution of hydrocarbon-impacted ground water,AGE proposes the
installation of ground water monitoring wells at the following locations
• One well approximately 65 feet east of monitoring well MW-5 to monitor HU1,
• One well approximately 50 feet southeast of monitoring well MW-11B to monitor HU2,
• One well approximately 80 feet east-southeast of monitoring well MW-8B to monitor HU2,
• One well approximately 65 feet north of monitoring well MW-8B to monitor HU2, and
Advanced GeoEnveron mental,Inc
