Submit a statement and supporting documentation with your hazardous waste determination(s)for the <br /> paint colorant. <br /> Violation 106: Employee Hazardous Waste Management Training: <br /> Immediately train employees on hazardous waste management and submit proof of training and a copy of the training <br /> materials. <br /> Violation 713: Used Fluorescent Lamps: Provide a disposal record for the used fluorescent lamps. <br /> Please note that I did not mention all of the violations needing correction above.
