Containments containing ferrous sulfate crystals are being prepped for removal with <br /> anticipated completion date to be no later than July 3rd, 2019. <br /> Used oil and oily water containments are pumped and cleaned throughout the year as <br /> containments becomes filled with solution. As of 5/27/2019 all oil and oily water containments <br /> has been emptied and wiped down. <br /> Item#403. CCR 66265.173 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when <br /> adding or removing hazardous waste. A container of compressor condensate to be disposed of <br /> as hazardous waste did not have a lid. The contents of the container were emptied, container <br /> wiped clean and replaced with three 5-gallon water jugs with closed top lid and labeled as such <br /> for compressor condensate blow off. <br /> Item#406. CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed <br /> within one year of being emptied. <br /> a. (1) empty container of POSCA Boiler treatment not marked with date emptied stored <br /> inside of oil storage building (bone yard) fence. Container observed and deemed empty <br /> with no free flowing liquid. Container cut up and disposed. <br /> b. (1) empty blue 55gallon drum in epoxy department. Container was 1 of 3 bought new <br /> from All Clean Hazardous Waste Handler, marked and labeled empty with bought new <br /> as last contained item. <br /> c. (1) empty clear 55gallon container of ChemTreat BL8700 boiler water treatment. <br /> Container observed and deemed empty with no free flowing liquid. Container cut up <br /> and disposed. <br /> Item#601. CCR 66262.34 (a)Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a <br /> permit or authorization. See supporting PDF file Item 303/601. <br /> The following containers were found on site greater than 90 days: <br /> a. (2) totes of oily water marked with accumulation start date 1/6/19 by the oil store <br /> building (bone yard). 250gallons of oily water was sent for NON-RCRA CA Hazardous <br /> waste disposal on 5/14/2019, see manifest #020403095JJK. <br /> b. (1) 55-gallon drum of phosphoric acid sludge at the epoxy department, see manifest <br /> #019415442JJK. Two 250gallon totes of spent phosphoric acid solution and one 55gallon <br /> drum of phosphoric acid solution was sent for hazardous waste disposal on 5/17/2019, <br /> see manifest #019415443JJK. <br />
