The lid was secured to the container of oily rags . This container was <br /> subsequently removed (shipped out to Industrial Waste Utilization ) . Both <br /> a photo of a closed container and a generator manifest are attached . <br /> 2 . The container was closed and labeled appropriately. The Pharmacy <br /> employees have been provided with training to keep containers with <br /> hazardous waste properly labeled and closed at all times , except when <br /> adding more waste . Training sheets are attached . <br /> 3 . This container was closed . An appropriate label was applied to the <br /> container as well . The Reverse Osmosis Plant (water treatment) <br /> employees have been provided with training to keep containers with <br /> hazardous waste properly labeled and closed at all times , except when <br /> adding more waste . Training sheets are attached . <br /> Issue # 406 CCR, Section 66261 .7(f) — contaminated container not marked <br /> with date emptied or managed within one (1) year of being empty. <br /> 1 . The empty blue container was provided with an label containing the <br /> necessary information . <br /> 2 . All of these 10 containers were provided with labels containing the <br /> appropriate information . These containers have subsequently been <br /> removed (shipped out to Industrial Waste Utilization ): <br /> 3 . The three (3) totes were provided labels containing the appropriate <br /> information and have been subsequently removed . <br /> Photos and the shipping document are included with this response . <br /> Issue # 601 CCR, Section 66262.34(a) — Stored hazardous materials on site <br /> longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> 1 . The gun cleaning solution has been removed as non- RCRA Hazardous <br /> Waste Liquid Waste Code 343 (see attached Manifest 009507906 FLE) . <br /> 2 . The oily rags from the Armory have been collected and removed (see <br /> attached manifest) . Armory Sergeant J . Ramos has been provided with <br /> training on the management of hazardous waste generated at the Armory <br /> (see attached training sheet for Sergeant J . Ramos) . <br /> 3 . The drain pan was removed and training was provided to the WWTP ' s <br /> employees on managing waste oil . <br /> 4 . A 55 gallon metal drum containing waste oil was moved from the Waste <br /> Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) to the waste oil storage area . The oil was <br /> subsequently pumped out. Shipping documentation is attached . The <br /> WWTP' s employees have been provided training on managing waste oil . <br /> Issue # 602 CCR, Section 66262 .34(e) ( 1 )(B) — Stored satellite accumulated <br /> waste on site longer than one year or 90 days after fill date. <br /> i <br />
