Geoned Company <br /> 04 May 2020 A nvanOCwed <br /> Project No. 20-5080 <br /> Page 15 of 17 <br /> o The detached garage is utilized for generally utilized for storage. <br /> o Extensive landscaping and a cattle enclosure were observed south of the <br /> dwelling and garage structures. <br /> o A septic system was noted on the east side of the dwelling. <br /> o One water well was observed within the orchard area, west of the dwelling. <br /> • The property has multiple driveway entrances located along South Austin Road <br /> and an unnamed road located along the southern property boundary. <br /> • Surrounding property use in every direction is agricultural. <br /> 7.3. EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> The following was observed at the time of the property reconnaissance: <br /> YES NO CONDITION OBSERVED ON/AT SUBJECT PROPERTY <br /> X Pits, ponds or lagoons with respect to waste treatment or disposal <br /> X Stained soil or pavement, patched pavement <br /> X Stressed vegetation (from causes other than insufficient water) <br /> X Fill dirt from unknown source,or contaminated source <br /> X Solid waste (mounds or depressions suggesting waste disposal) <br /> X Wastewater/storm water discharged into a drain, ditch or stream <br /> X Wells (abandoned, irrigation, domestic, monitoring or oil and gas): <br /> Water wells were noted along the eastern property boundary, near the southwest corner of <br /> the nursery facility, and east Dwelling 2. <br /> X Dry wells: not observed <br /> X Septic systems or cesspools: <br /> Septic systems were noted throughout the nursery facility area, including behind the main <br /> office, Dwelling 1, and the gardener's/worker's break room. Additionally, one septic system <br /> was noted on the east side of Dwelling 2. <br /> X Movement of hazardous materials to adjacent properties: not observed <br /> X Hazardous substances and/or petroleum products: <br /> A chemical storage shed was noted to the immediate north of the nursery maintenance shop. <br /> Pesticides were properly being stored in this shed. <br /> X Above-ground storage tanks (ASTs) for storage of petroleum products and/or <br /> hazardous substances: <br /> At least 20 large propane tanks and four diesel-powered generators were noted throughout <br /> the nursery facility. <br /> X Underground storage tanks (USTs) for storage of petroleum products and/or <br /> hazardous substances <br /> X Strong, pungent or noxious odors <br /> X Pools of liquid (other than water) <br />
