This requirement is satisfied by the eight preliminary remedial <br /> alternatives. <br /> 6.2 preliminary RemgSlIal Alternatives <br /> In this section the retained technologies are combined to form remedial <br /> action alternatives. Remedial action alternatives consist of applicable <br /> technologies packaged to address contaminants and the significant pathways of <br /> contaminant migration that were found during site investigations. <br /> The remedial action alternatives are screened to ascertain if they comply <br /> with the following general criteria identified by the Decision Tree. <br /> o Technical Feasibility <br /> o Environmental Protectiveness <br /> o Institutional Requirements <br /> o Public Health Protection <br /> o Cost Effectiveness <br /> The following sections describe and screen the preliminary remedial <br /> alternatives. <br /> 6.2.1 Remedial Alternatives Description <br /> Preliminary remedial alternatives were developed to meet the required <br /> categories of alternatives and remedial response criteria described in Section <br /> 6.1.
