GEF R <br /> • GENESIS ENGINEERING&REDEVELOPMENT <br /> 2.2 Project Manager <br /> The Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day Project activities and implementing the <br /> Work Plan to Establish Background Concentrations in accordance with the QAPP. The <br /> Project Manager will use the QAPP as the key guidance document in maintaining the overall <br /> integrity of the QA/QC program for the investigation to Evaluate Background <br /> Concentrations. The Project Manager will review QA reports and implement necessary <br /> modifications to ensure compliance with the QAPP. Christine Brown,P.G., C.E.G., C.H.G. <br /> will serve as the Project Manager. <br /> 2.3 Technical Coordinator <br /> The Technical Coordinator reports to the Project Manager and ensures that the individual <br /> tasks completed as part of this investigation to Establish Background Concentrations are <br /> completed in compliance with the QAPP and support the Project objectives and contractual <br /> commitments. The Technical Coordinator provides direction and assistance to the Field <br /> Team Leader in establishing, implementing, and verifying compliance with the QAPP. The <br /> Technical Coordinator verifies overall compliance technical procedures; reviews and <br /> approves field and laboratory QA deliverables; and performs laboratory data validation to <br /> • verify the validity and usability of analytical data. This position has the authority and <br /> organizational freedom to identify problems, initiate or provide solutions, verify <br /> implementation of solutions, and, in coordination with the Program Manager, to stop work, if <br /> necessary. John Cooper,R.G., C.E.G. will function as the Technical Coordinator. <br /> 2.4 Field Team Leader <br /> The Field Team Leader will be responsible for implementation of the field work under the <br /> Work Plan to Establish Background Concentrations. The Field Team Leader reports to the <br /> Technical Coordinator and communicates regularly with the Project Manager during field <br /> activities to provide timely reports on the status of field activities and to request assistance <br /> and guidance as necessary in making field or Work Plan modifications. The Field Team <br /> Leader will coordinate subcontractor activities at the Site,the proper handling and shipment <br /> of samples,and the schedule for pick up or delivery of samples by the laboratory. John <br /> Cooper,R.G., C.E.G. will be the Field Team Leader for the Project. <br /> 2.5 Corporate Health and Safety Officer <br /> This Corporate Health and Safety Officer, in coordination with the Field Team Leader, is <br /> responsible for implementing the Project's Health& Safety Plan("HASP") and for <br /> establishing, implementing, and verifying QA/QC compliance with the HASP.
