Ccntractor prepare a separate invoice'pfor 'each Lease Premises <br /> that contains the minimum invoice cost breakdown, if any, <br /> required by the California Underground Stdrage Tank Cleanup <br /> Fund or in such other format as the Califd�rnia Underground <br /> Storage Tank Cleanup Fund agrees is acceptable- :ARCO shall <br /> have no responsibility or liability with regard to whether <br /> Thrifty obtains any reimbursement of Corrective Action costs <br /> from the California Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund. <br /> ARCO shall review and approve each invoice and cause it to be <br /> delivered to Thrifty. <br /> (i) Thrifty' agrees that the Contractor <br /> shall prepare manifests for-soil and groundwater generated <br /> during subsurface investigation under.,Sectlorl 25 . 3 . 3 (d) using <br /> i Thrifty' s waste generator number.
