Artifacts: During this site recording effort, one clay ball was found at the northern <br /> periphery of the site. One handstone (river cobble with battering on the edges) was also <br /> observed. Non-Artifactual Constituents and Faunal Remains: Fragments of fresh water mussel <br /> shell, small to medium size mammal bone fragments, fish vertebrae, as well as obsidian <br /> flakes were observed in a shovel test through 1/8" screen. <br /> 15.
