Storm Drainage and Hydrology <br /> All homesite pads will be elevated one foot above the 100 Year Flood Plain to 29 feet. On- <br /> site storm drainage will be handled through the natural drainage system except for areas <br /> modified for improvements where engineered drainage will be provided.
