Pacific Bell has issued a "will serve notice" for telephone service to the proposed <br /> development. <br /> Fire Control <br /> The northern portion of the property is served by the Forest Lake Fire Department. The <br /> Woodbridge Fire Department is the provider of fire services to the southern portion. The <br /> applicant proposes that a primary and secondary fire service agreement be worked out <br /> between the two districts. <br /> Individual fire sprinkler systems will be required in each home, the clubhouse, and <br /> maintenance buildings. These will be supplied from the individual domestic water systems. <br /> Additional fire service will be provided by installation of 28 stand pipes. Standpipes will be <br /> installed at each homesite location, at the clubhouse and at the maintenance building. These <br /> pipes will draw water directly from the lakes. All driveways greater than 150 feet long will <br /> either have a 50 foot minimum radius or a hammerhead for maneuvering fire equipment. <br /> Lake water <br /> Sources of water for the lakes include groundwater pumping, surface water runoff from <br /> Jahant Slough, and diversion pumping from the Mokelumne River when available. <br /> Designs for these facilities are in process: <br /> 1 .
