5. The names and addresses of adjacent property owners must be <br /> included. <br /> 6 . If applicable , give the name and address of the lead agency <br /> responsible for preparing environmental documentation regarding <br /> the proposed project as required by the California Environ- <br /> mental Quality Act of 1970. The environmental questionnaire <br /> provided by the Board and copies of existing environmental <br /> documents must be completed and submitted as part of your <br /> application. <br /> 7 . Indicate on the application form the exhibits and drawings <br /> accompanying the application which depict the works to be <br /> constructed. <br /> 8. Give the name and address of owner of the proposed works <br /> ( Part 3) , and the name and address of the person filing the <br /> application (Part 8) . Copies of the <br /> standards are available upon request. A typical levee cross <br /> section and terminology are presented in Exhibit 1. <br /> Minimum Information Required on Drawings <br /> The following information is needed to evaluate the work described <br /> in your application. Additional information may be required <br /> depending upon the nature of the project. <br /> 1 . Submit four copies of the application and drawings . <br /> 2 . A 1-inch binding margin must be left along the 8-1/2-inch top <br /> side of each sheet. <br /> 3. Title block of each sheet should identify the proposed activ- <br /> ity, name of applicant, number of the sheet and total number of <br /> sheets in set , and date the drawing was prepared. Other <br /> information that must be shown on the drawings must include the <br /> name of the body of water, river mile , scale , north arrow, <br /> datum reference, and other information as required. <br /> III-19 <br />
