We specialize in cleaning of uniforms, mats, mops, wipers, and other
textile rental items. We pick up the soiled merchandise and bring them to our facility where they are counted,
washed, conditioned, steamed/pressed then hung up, folded, rolled or bundled. The clean merchandise is stored
in the warehouse, waiting to be returned to the customer. There is an alarm system panel at the front entrance
and a gated entrance from Flora St. to the parking lot. The following preventative maintenance is conducted to
provide a clean and safe work environment:
• Facility inspection to determine current levels of housekeeping.
• Inform all employees of their responsibilities.
• Recommend desired cleanliness levels for management's review.
• Establish cleaning methods.
• Establish responsibility for the completion on each cleaning task.
• Establish the procedures and schedule of housekeeping inspections.
Inspection procedures are in place and are delegated by the production manager. UniFirst has obtained the
services of PSC Environmental @ 707-746-8287 for local emergency response, and in case of emergency, all
UniFirst employees do receive Hazardous Communication Training at the time of hire.
