0 0 1 <br />4.1 Power requirements: 115 VAC + 10%, 60 HZ. <br />4.2 Current: 0.38 AMPS. <br />4.3 Power consumption: 44 Watts. <br />4.4 Wiring shall meet NFPA 70, National Electrical Code, NFPA <br />Marine and Automotive Requirements. <br />4.5 Ile EMS console requires a dedicated circuit. The definitioFF <br />of a dedicated circuit is: no other equipment shall be powered fro <br />the same circuit breaker in the AC service panel. I <br />4.6 An earth ground must be connected to the neutral bar of the AC <br />service panel which supplies power to the EMS. Local code <br />will supply the definition of a true earth ground and proper method <br />of installation. <br />4.7 There shall be four (4) conductors running from the AC servici-i <br />panel to the receptable. They should be as follows: <br />1) Line (black); from service panel to 115 VAC <br />receptacle line. <br />Neutral (white); from service panel to 115 VAC <br />receptacle neutral. <br />3) lst ground (green); from earth ground to the 115 VAC <br />receptacle ground. <br />4) 2nd ground (green); from earth ground, and leave in <br />the back of the receptacle junction box. This will be <br />connected to the console chassis at installation. <br />NOTE: THE TWO (2) GROUND WIRES ARE A U.L. <br />REQUIREMENT. BOTH GROUNDS MUST ORIGINATE <br />FROM THE SAME POINT. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE <br />PROPER GROUNDING WILL I1 1DATE ALL IMPLIEY <br />OR EXPRESSED WARRANTIES AND MAY PRESENT A <br />DANGEROUS CONDITION. <br />
