UST Tank Information forms for the Premium Unleaded are not current in CERS. The Premium Unleaded (91) Tank ID number is incorrect in CERS. The ID # in CERS is TA050391. The correct Tank ID# is TA0505391 . Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 106 CCR 2632 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. In the section Pipe Monitoring is Performed Using the following Method's for the Diesel and Premium Unleaded (91) tanks, information is missing. Both tanks need to indicate yes to Leak Alarm Triggers Automatic Pump Shutdown and Failure/Disconnect Triggers Pump Shutdown. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The site map did not include locations of all monitoring sensors. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed.
