All personnel have been instructed and rehearsed in the following <br />spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans: <br />1. Each maintenance and management employee must know the <br />storage capacity of each tank, how to gauge the tank and <br />convert inches of product to gallons, and be able to <br />identify each product by color and smell. <br />2. Each employee -shall be instructed and be able to <br />demonstrate his/her knowledge of the location and purpose <br />of all valves and disconnect switches. <br />3. No storage tanks shall be filled without prior checking <br />of reserves. <br />4. A sufficient quantity of sorbents must be maintained and <br />each employee will know the storage location and proper <br />use of such. <br />2-9 <br />
