SAN J O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department
---Cr OU N I Y
Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 5/29/2017 to
5/29/2020 for C00049558 located at
850 ROTH RD
Activity Date Recorded by
04/02/2019 Discussed complaint with Garrett Backus and completed the daily from 4/1/2019. PE 2546 ALANIZ
42 min Called Douglas Guenther to let him know that I would need to stop by the spill to SC 544
verify it was cleaned up.
04/02/2019 Left for the spill at 1:00 p.m. arrived and drove the length of the diesel spill trail. PE 2546 ALANIZ
102 min The area was properly cleaned until the second gate house. There was a strong SC 544
diesel smell coming from the gate soil near the gate house where the truck
stopped. There was also a strong diesel smell coming out of a rain puddle where
the diesel fuel accumulated. Called Mike Wendling and let him know what I found.
He said that he would send someone out to complete the cleanup.
So far, ten 55 gallon drums of waste has been generated. The waste has not left
the site.
Sent an email to Mike and Keith Winter with pictures that I took.
Douglas Guenther responded to the email saying he would let the front gate know
that further cleanup needed to happen.
