Communications with property owner Ms. Loraine Cabral indicates that the property was purchased by the Brascesco Family in about 1905 and was part of the original C.M. Weber Grant "El Rancho Del Campo De Los Franceses". We understand that the property is currently owned by Loraine Cabral, Gloria McAdams, and Nathalie Dremalis, the descendants of Louis Frederick Brascesco.
