Patriot Environmental Project Manager met with CA DFW-OSPR to <br /> determine response and cleanup objectives, prepare ICS 201 and associated documents including <br /> resources at risk and scope of work. Utilizing crew and equipment, Patriot gained access to the <br /> dry ravine by foot, hand dig/recover all spill materials and contain waste into roll off containers. <br /> Patriot utilized skid steer and back hoe at the spill source to cleanup initial release point. Waste <br /> to be recovered, quantified and transported off site for recycling and/or disposal per the approved <br /> waste management plan. Agencies involved were CA DFW-OSPR (OES# 18-5124), USFWS <br /> and Los Angeles County Fire Dept.
