Emergency Response Action Plan Version :27.10.4 <br /> • Be Aware of Changing Weather Conditions <br /> T. Severe storm -there is the threat of a severe storm. <br /> Severe storm warning - a severe storm is expected within 24 hours. <br /> • If Severe Weather Conditions Threaten <br /> Alert Facility personnel of condition. <br /> Seek shelter in low level area away from glass. <br /> Make certain Facility personnel are aware of the condition. <br /> Stay in shelter until "all clear" has been issued. <br /> . Immediately After the Storm <br /> Account for all personnel. <br /> Survey for damages to Facility property. <br /> Initiate team for any repairs if needed (e.g., tank gauging, lighting, etc.). <br /> Refer to this Plan for additional response guidance regarding fires, spills, etc., as needed. Lightning <br /> Product transfers will be shut down immediately if it is determined that lightning strikes are within a <br /> 5-mile radius of Stockton Terminal.
