CA ARNG Field Quality Assurance Project Plan <br /> Groundwater Sampling Data Sheet <br /> i <br /> 9.1.9.12 The groundwater sampling data sheet for monitoring wells will be used during groundwater <br /> sampling and well development activities (Figure 9-8 at the end of the section). Specific well information <br /> will be recorded at the top of each form.During groundwater sampling, the following information will be <br /> recorded: <br /> • Installation name; <br /> • Correct designation for well sampled, including alphanumeric code assigned to the well and its zone <br /> or horizontal designation(e.g., 11L002MW); <br /> • Historical data; <br /> • Static water level(before sampling); <br /> • Depth to water after sampling; <br /> • Length of standing water column; <br /> • Well and purge volumes; <br /> • Sampling method; <br /> • Time; <br /> • Field parameters measured(pH,SC, temperature,and turbidity); <br /> • Initials of field technician(s); <br /> • Weather conditions; <br /> • Equipment calibration information; and <br /> • Total number of samples collected and a description of the analyses. <br /> Daily Field Progress Reports <br /> 9.1.9.13 Daily field progress reports may be submitted to the Delivery Order Manager during field <br /> activities by facsimile or e-mail at the end of each field day.The report will include a discussion of the <br /> following topics at a minimum_ <br /> • Date; <br /> • Weather, including temperature,approximate wind speed,and wind direction; <br /> • Personnel performing site activities; <br /> • Any visitors to the site; <br /> i <br /> field QAPP.DOC 9-16 May 2000 <br />
