The warehouse is located west of the Cooling Towers, just beyond where the chlorine rail tanker containers are stored. The Powell Machine Room is in the southwest comer of the warehouse. GPS Coordinates of sample location: longitude: -121.261771; latitude: 37.908844 (see Attachment 1, Sample Location Map). Sample Information/Field Observations: The sample was a cloudy, yellow-tan liquid collected from an open-top, blue plastic rectangular container about 6-8 inches deep and stored adjacent to a large white tank labeled "Sodium Hypochlorite Solution". Field Observations: A sign posted in the area said: "Process Make Up Water(containing 1-12% bleach) Pumped Back for Reprocessing". Field testing and other pertinent info: a pH strip used to measure the water showed a pH of approximately 14.
