Training was provided how to deal with a spill , the location of spifil��dts <br /> how to dispose of hazardous material . Storm drain containment what to do in the <br /> event of an emergency, who to contact call See attached training summary that was <br /> performed February 12th 2016 . Attached are the names and job description of staff that <br /> were trained Documents will be kept on file and a refresher courses will be given <br /> annually . All new employees will be provided training regarding hazardous waste as part <br /> of their orientation . <br /> All new employees will be provided training regarding hazardous waste as part of their <br /> orientation . <br /> 114 See attached copies of Manifest <br /> 115 Copies of manifest in question are attached and will be retain on site for 3 years <br /> 116 Received copies of manifest that were missing , in the future staff will follow up with <br /> vendor to obtain manifest with 35 days if not received prior and will submit exception <br /> report of missing manifest if not received with 45 days <br /> 301 Staff has been instructed to clean up oil spills, grease sweep and take appropriate <br /> measures to prevent oil from leaking onto the asphalt and to use spill kits when <br /> appropriate to prevent unknown materials from entering storm drains and other areas <br /> on site . <br /> Shop area was cleaned up , all containers with waste oil or used antifreeze were <br /> removed from work stations and were dumped into the appropriate hazardous waste <br /> disposal containers . Staff has been instructed they cannot store hazardous waste at <br /> their work stations, all drain pans cannot have fluids in them when stored at their <br /> workstations all staff were instructed to use absorbent collection pad when working on <br /> leaking equipment in the shop and to clean up any fluids immediately upon completion <br /> of job and if a large spill should occur use spill kits provided to contain spill and then <br /> notify supervisor of spill . <br /> The room where the waste oil tank is located has been cleaned up , all debris removed <br /> including all grease sweep/absorbent has been removed and disposed of into the <br /> appropriate onsite hazardous waste containers . The oil stains on the concrete we not <br /> caused by leaks , they were made by spilling oil when handling containers with oil and <br /> dumping waste oil into Waste a oil storage container . Staff has been instructed to <br /> clean up spills immediately and dispose of clean up materials in the appropriate <br /> manner . <br />
