The room where the waste oil tank is located has been cleaned up , all debris removed including all grease sweep/absorbent has been removed and disposed of into the appropriate onsite hazardous waste containers . The oil stains on the concrete we not caused by leaks , they were made by spilling oil when handling containers with oil and dumping waste oil into Waste a oil storage container . Staff has been instructed to clean up spills immediately and dispose of clean up materials in the appropriate manner .
