Portable light fixtures are sprayed with a cide and allowed to soak for 3-5 <br /> minutes before being wiped down at least once daily. <br /> 10. Permanent cosmetic machine: We do not perform any cosmetic tattooing therefore we <br /> do not own any cosmetic tattoo equipment. <br /> B. Reusable Instruments or Disposable: Describe the procedures used for <br /> decontaminating, sterilizing, packaging and storing of reusable instruments. Include the <br /> for labeling of sterilized peel-packs. Indicate whether the body art facility uses all pre- <br /> sterilized, single use and disposable instruments. <br /> 1. Needle Tubes: Most needle tubes are single use and pre-sterilized. Once a pre- <br /> sterilized needle tube has been used it is thrown away.
