To activate the processing cycle, place the key into the switch and turn it to start. The
key will automatically return to the start position. Remove the key from the switch Key
must be returned to the designated space when not in use at the sterilizing unit.
IV. Unlock the padlock and move the chain out of the locked position. Do not
remove lock and chain away from unit, only from the locked position.
2. Stand away from the unit to allow the safe release of any steam that may be
inside the unit and lift the locking latch at the top.
3. Turn the arrow knob on the unit handle to the up position. Move the handle up
and down until the door releases.
4. Open door carefully, watching for the possibility of additional steam to escape.
Fasten the door open with the hook attached to the back wall to prevent the door
from closing on you.
C. Be sure to wear waterproof -heat resistant gloves while opening unit or handling the bags
at completion of cycle as there could be sufficient heat to cause burns.
