v <br />11 <br />Resurrection Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial Services Agreement Number DVI08009 <br />CDCR Scope of Work Exhibit A <br />H. Restrooms/Break rooms: <br />• Flush and check all toilets for proper operation. Any malfunction shall be <br />immediately reported to the Contract Liaison. <br />• Clean and maintain in an aesthetic, sanitary and odor -free condition all <br />floors, mirrors, sinks and disinfect all toilet bowls and urinals. <br />• Replace tissue, towels, seat covers and other supplies as needed. <br />• Clean build up and fill soap dispensers. <br />• Clean floors with germicidal solution. <br />• Clean and polish all dispensers and metals. <br />• Clean all drain traps. Pour deodorizing solution down drains each service <br />day. <br />• Damp mop floors with a disinfectant or germicidal solution. Floors shall <br />be maintained in a clean state, free of build-up, dirt and black markings. <br />Office and Corridors: <br />• Empty and clean all trash containers and dispose of all trash. Reline trash <br />containers with liners. <br />• Sweep or dust mop all hard surface floors. Vacuum all carpeted areas. <br />All vacuum cleaners must be equipped with a "Hepa" filter. <br />• Remove spots and / or spills from the carpets, rugs, and floors. <br />• Spot clean walls, partitions, doors, door frames and light fixtures. <br />• Remove finger marks and smudges from all glass entrance doors. <br />5. Cleaning Schedule <br />The Contractor will provide a schedule of areas to be cleaned to the Agreement Liaison <br />weekly. This schedule will include the area, date of service to area, time and what <br />services will be provided. <br />6. Training <br />All appropriate training of employees such as; use of equipment, Hazardous Waste <br />Handling/Disposal, Infectious Control, Blood Bourne Pathogens and any related items <br />shall be provided by the Contractor. (Note this only applies to Correctional Treatment <br />Centers (CTC); the Contractor will need to have documentation reflecting training and <br />have a representative participate on the CTC's Infection Control Committee, <br />7. Call Back Services <br />Should the Contractor fail to provide any of the specified services in the prescribed <br />manner, the State may call the Contractor to provide services within four hours, unless <br />otherwise specified, at no additional cost to the State. <br />8. Emergency Services <br />The Contractor shall make emergency calls during non -business hours, if necessary. If <br />the need for repair was created by the State, the State agrees to reimburse the <br />Contractor for each emergency call at the rate specified in the Contractor's Bid Proposal. <br />
