AMR would notify the <br /> San Joaquin Health Department within 24 hours if service was disrupted. This <br /> notification would request longer storage until another vendor would be found <br /> or service restored. <br /> 11.0 RECORD KEEPING: <br /> 11.1 Tracking Documents: <br /> The following titles or individuals are responsible for maintaining <br /> tracking documents related to the disposal of infectious wastes.
