Dispose of all <br /> contaminated material as medical and potentially infectious <br /> (Bio-hazardous) waste. Lids of bio-hazardous waste <br /> receptacles are to be cleaned daily with a 1% (1:100) bleach <br /> solution. <br /> External surfaces of bio-hazardous waste receptacles are to be <br /> cleaned every time they are emptied. <br /> Contractor's Waste Medical and potentially infectious (Bio-hazardous) waste is <br /> Pickup Schedule collected times per day/week or more often as <br /> necessary, at this facility. <br /> A waste manifest must be generated for all medical and <br /> potentially infectious (Bio-hazardous) waste picked up at the <br /> facility.
