7) What is the Health Risk for the population of San Joaquin County in relationship <br /> to the groundwater contamination at LLL Site 300? <br /> 8) What Landfills(pits 6 & 7) are considered hazardous waste facility under California <br /> Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 30. When is closure expected, what is the <br /> proposed remediation for the contaminated landfill areas, and who is the enforcement <br /> agency overseeing these landfills? <br /> 9) Where are all the hazardous wastes and mixed wastes being hauled for final <br /> disposal? <br /> 10) Is there any hazardous liquid waste that is being plumbed into any onsite septic <br /> systems? <br /> 11) Where is the generated industrial wastewater being disposed at? <br /> 12) Please provide EHD with any and all Health Risk Assessment reports concerning <br /> San Joaquin County. <br /> 13) Who is the ultimate agency responsible for radiation levels and who is the <br /> enforcement agency? <br /> 14) On page F - 115(vol II), what is the "contamination" mentioned in this section? <br /> I am aware that a Site Wide Remedial Investigation Report and a Site Wide Baseline <br /> Public Health Risk Assessment are in progress with additional information concerning <br /> the site.
