(a) As dark or darker in shade as that designated as <br /> No. 2 on the Ringelmann Chart, as published by the United States Bureau of <br /> Mines, or <br /> (b) Of such opacity as to obscure an observer's view <br /> to a degree equal to or greater than does smoke described in subsection (a) <br /> of this section. , <br /> (3) It shall comply with all State laws and all local ordin- <br /> ances and regulations applicable thereto which are in effect at the time said <br /> incinerator is installed on the Site. <br /> (4) It shall be a type of incinerator which can be altered to <br /> comply with all future State laws and all local ordinances and regulations <br /> which may become applicable thereto after its installation on the Site. 1-in <br /> the --vent that any such alterations become necessary they may be made pursu- \ (u <br /> i <br /> ant to agreement therefor by the Contractor and the City. If any such agree- <br /> ment is entered into such agreement shall provide that the Contractor and the <br /> i <br /> City shall each bear as equal share of the cost of any such alteration. <br /> (5) It shall perform in every respect in such a manner as will <br /> assure compliance with those rules and regulations relative to the performance <br /> of garbage and refuse disposal facilities adopted by the governing body of the <br /> Air Pollution Control District of the County of Los Angeles, as amended on the �,• f <br /> 8th day of March, 1956,(a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" ' <br /> and incorporated herein by referenceland also with whatever applicable regula- <br /> tions may hereafter be promulgated by the Bay Area Air Pollution Control Dis- - rf <br /> trictrovided that such re ' <br /> p regulations no more stringent than said rules ,. ;,• <br /> and regulations incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" as above mentioned.\ <br /> (B) Contractor shall remove and dispose of all trees, brush and <br /> such other debris as may be.necessary for operation of the garbage and refuse ;1 Gf.. <br /> disposal facility on the Site. <br /> (C) Contractor shall construct and maintain all service roads upon <br /> the Site. <br /> (D) Contractor shall build and maintain all necessary trash fences <br /> to prevent paper, rubbish, and other refuse from being blown off the Site. <br /> (E) Contractor shall supervise'the dumping of all refuse and <br /> garbage upon the Site and designate the areas of dumping. <br />
