MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR -2- <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL FACILITY <br /> CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> The following evaluation monitoring program shall be implemented at the facility to <br /> determine the nature and extent of leakage from the landfill . The monitoring network <br /> shall consist of "background" monitoring wells and downgradient monitoring wells. The <br /> locations of these wells are shown on Attachment "B".
