Page 2 <br /> C. Sufficient is available to operate the <br /> site. rs and a capable of handling the <br /> expected volumes of solid waste, are stored at the site and are <br /> available for use at all times . A dual purpose Caterpillar <br /> loader #977 is to be used on the working face. With a quick <br /> connect loader bucket and blade, this piece of equipment can be <br /> used to push solid waste or carry cover material. <br /> D. Excavation at the site is accomplished with a #235 Cater- <br /> pillar hydraulic excavator. Compaction and some earth moving <br /> is performed with a 1 . 1 ompactor with an attached <br /> oader bucket. Waste material is pushed up the working face <br /> from the dumping area with a #977 Caterpillar loader. <br /> E. is operational on the site. The <br /> sanitary facilities are available within easy access of the <br /> working face. A mobile home with water, electricity and tele- <br /> phone is maintained at the site. <br /> F. The a varying from <br /> a trace of rain in July to 2. 92 inches in January. The rainy <br /> season is from November to April ; the prevailing winds are from <br /> the northwest at an average speed of 7 mph. <br /> G. Climatic conditions at the site do not adversely affect the <br /> operation. Access for trucks using the facility during inclement <br /> weather is maintained with an asphalt concrete haul road. A <br /> dumping pad of the same material is maintained for use from <br /> October to April. <br />
