Please note, before any of these changes <br /> can be implemented that the permit will need to be modified <br /> or revised and appropriate CEQA review conducted. <br /> - Findings, Item 2 (d) , (e) , and (g) are not usually listed as <br /> conditioning documents. <br /> - The Land Use Permits, Conditional Use Permits, the Negative <br /> Declaration, etc. , should be included as conditioning <br /> documents of the permit. <br /> - Findings, Item 3 should be rephrased to state "The following <br /> findings and certifications are required pursuant to PRC <br /> 50000.5, 44010, and 50000: 11 . <br /> - Findings, Item 3 should include a statement that the permit <br /> is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan. <br /> - Findings, Item 3 (a) should state "County General Plan" <br /> instead of "Stockton City General Plan" . <br /> - When submitting the proposed permit, Findings, Item 4, <br /> should state the most recent inspection. <br /> - Findings, Item 5 should reference the Public Resource Code, <br /> Section 44151. <br /> - Specifications section should include a permitted daily <br /> capacity for receipt of special wastes (dead animals) . <br /> Please note, the permitted daily capacity of the special <br /> waste should be determined in light of the maximum tonnage <br /> allowed for in the April 1990 Negative Declaration. <br /> Specification, Item 6. The annual spring clean-up hours of <br /> operation should be specified. This should be consistent <br /> with the RDSI. Furthermore, the amount of waste received <br /> should not exceed the amount found in the CEQA document. <br /> The statement in the Closure/Postclosure section is <br /> inaccurate and should be replaced with a statement that with <br /> submittal of application of a permit review or new permit <br /> the owner/operator shall submit, in accordance with 14 CCR <br /> 81268 to the LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> and the CIWMB copies of a plan for the closure of the <br /> landfill and a plan for the postclosure maintenance in <br /> accordance with 14 CCR 18255. <br />
