(ARL) Landfills in November 1995 . This is the first LEA <br /> bimonthly report for the GWADCP from November 1995 to the <br /> present. <br /> PERFORMANCE STANDARDS OBSERVATIONS: <br /> -Flies <br /> Very few or no flies have been observed or counted on fly grill <br /> surveys. <br /> -Mosquitos, wasps, Cockroaches or other vectors: <br /> None have been observed. <br /> -Domestic Rats or Field Rodents : <br /> None have been observed. <br /> -odor: <br /> None or insignificant. <br /> -Fire Hazard: <br /> No fires occurred. <br /> -Litter: <br /> Litter has not been a problem. <br /> OTHER OBSERVATIONS: <br /> During wet weather there has been some problem covering wastes at <br /> ARL. when the shredded green waste is wet it tends to compact, <br /> and sufficient volume cannot always be obtained for complete <br /> coverage.
