Should the Operator detect discrepancies during operations in the <br /> grade stakes that are in apparent conflict with the excavations <br /> plans, the County shall be notified by the Operator immediately for <br /> correction or clarification of such discrepancies. Additionally, <br /> should the Operator require additional information or stakes to <br /> control excavation, request for such excavation control stakes <br /> shall be made to the County in writing prior to performance of <br /> excavation by the Operator. <br /> The Operator shall take care in performing excavation so that <br /> grades stakes are not disturbed or removed until they are no longer <br /> required as approved by the County. Replacement of grade stakes <br /> due to disturbance by the Operator site operational personnel, or <br /> from poor control of operations shall be at the expense of the <br /> Operator. <br /> 10 <br />
